You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not impair the rights of others. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting lead forms or scheduling requests.

2. Lead Management Services

RuferoPro operates a lead-management platform. When you submit a lead form — including through a Meta/Facebook Lead Ad — we route your information to the contractor best suited to serve your request. You acknowledge that:

  • Your lead details may be shared with the contractor to whom your lead is routed.
  • The contractor, not RuferoPro, is responsible for the services performed and any estimate or contract offered.
  • RuferoPro facilitates lead routing and does not guarantee the quality, pricing, or outcome of any contractor's work.

3. Meta/Facebook Lead Ads

When you submit a lead through a Meta/Facebook Lead Ad, your information is transmitted to RuferoPro via Meta's webhook delivery. Our use of that data is described in our Privacy Policy and is subject to the Meta Platform Terms. You may request deletion of data received via Meta at any time through our Data Deletion page.

4. SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS communications from RuferoPro or our contractors, you agree to receive text messages related to your inquiry, including appointment scheduling and follow-ups.

  • Message frequency may vary.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
  • For assistance, reply HELP.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful information, to not misuse the platform to submit fraudulent or spam leads, and to respect the rights of the contractors who contact you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of RuferoPro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

RuferoPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or from the acts or omissions of any contractor to whom a lead is routed. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
