• Facebook/Meta Lead Ads data: information we receive when you submit a lead form through a Meta/Facebook Lead Ad, including your name, email, phone number, and any custom fields you complete, along with Meta-provided marketing identifiers (form ID, page ID, campaign ID, ad set ID, and ad ID).
• Marketing and advertising source information: attribution data such as the campaign, ad set, ad, and form that referred you, used to route your lead to the appropriate contractor.
• Communication records: records of calls, messages, and emails exchanged between you and our contractors, including AI-assisted call transcripts and summaries when applicable.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and usage data collected automatically when you visit our site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Route your lead to the contractor best suited to serve your request.
• Respond to your inquiries and schedule inspections, appointments, and estimates.
• Communicate with you about your project, including follow-ups and service-related messages.
• Provide our contractors with the lead details they need to contact you and prepare an estimate.
• Measure and improve the performance of our marketing campaigns and lead-routing systems.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud.

3. Facebook/Meta Lead Ads Data

RuferoPro receives lead information directly from Meta/Facebook when you submit a Lead Ad form. We act as a recipient of this data on behalf of our contractor clients. Meta sends us your submitted field values (such as name, email, and phone number) together with marketing attribution identifiers. We use those identifiers solely to route your lead to the correct contractor and to attribute the lead source. We do not use your Meta data to build broader audience profiles or share it with unrelated third parties.

4. Communication with Leads

We and our contractors may contact you by phone, SMS, and email to respond to your request, schedule appointments, and provide project-related information. By submitting a lead form, you consent to be contacted at the phone number and email address you provided.

• Message frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time.
• You can reply HELP for assistance.

5. Third-Party Service Providers and Integrations

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform, including:

• Meta/Facebook — for receiving Lead Ads submissions and marketing attribution.
• Telephony and AI voice providers (e.g. Twilio, Vapi) — for inbound/outbound calls and SMS.
• Email and marketing providers (e.g. Brevo) — for transactional and campaign email.
• Payment processors (e.g. Stripe) — for billing and payments.
• Cloud hosting and database providers — for secure data storage.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service we request and under terms consistent with this policy. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

6. Data Retention

We retain lead and contact information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to comply with legal, accounting, or contractual requirements. Active lead records are retained for the duration of your relationship with a contractor plus a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping. Inactive records may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our retention schedule or upon your deletion request.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), restricted access controls, audit logging for lead-ingestion events, and secure cloud storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
