Data Deletion Instructions
Effective Date: August 14, 2026
You have the right to request deletion of personal information that RuferoPro has collected or processed about you, including information received through Meta/Facebook Lead Ads. This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what happens next.
What Information to Include
To help us locate and verify your record, please include:
- Your full name as it appeared on the lead form.
- The email address you submitted.
- The phone number you submitted.
- If known, the contractor or campaign the lead was related to.
- A short statement confirming you are the owner of the information and requesting deletion.
Submit a Deletion Request
Use the form below to prepare a deletion request email, or send your request directly to privacy@ruferopro.com.
What Happens Next
- We confirm receipt of your request within 30 days.
- We verify your identity and locate the records associated with your information.
- We delete or anonymize your personal information from active systems, including data received through Meta/Facebook Lead Ads.
- Certain records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business record-keeping, in which case they will be anonymized where possible.
Meta/Facebook Users
You can also manage data shared with RuferoPro through your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, where you can remove RuferoPro's access to your data. Submitting a request through this page ensures any data already received is also deleted from our systems.
