All estimates and quotes provided by Reno ALL Construction are based on the information available at the time of the request. We strive to provide accurate pricing, but final costs may vary if the project scope changes, or if unforeseen structural or site conditions are discovered once work begins.

Any written quote provided is generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Verbal estimates are approximate and subject to change upon formal assessment of the project site.

Project timelines and schedules provided by Reno ALL Construction are estimates. We make every effort to complete work on time, but delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or other factors beyond our control.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or scheduled work, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after work has commenced or materials have been ordered may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover labor and restocking costs.

Payment schedules, including deposits and milestone payments, will be clearly outlined in your specific contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with subsequent payments tied to project milestones and a final payment due upon completion.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in a pause in project work until the account is brought current. All payments must be made according to the methods specified in your individual service agreement.

Reno ALL Construction provides a standard workmanship warranty on our labor, typically for a period of one year from the date of project completion, unless otherwise noted in your contract. This warranty covers defects in our installation and workmanship.

Manufacturer warranties will apply separately to all materials, fixtures, and appliances used in your project. Warranty claims do not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized alterations made by third parties.
