Terms of Service - NTX FACILITY PROS

By requesting, scheduling, or receiving any flooring or janitorial services from NTX FACILITY PROS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

NTX FACILITY PROS specializes in professional flooring and maintenance solutions in Grand Prairie, TX. Our service offerings include Office Cleaning, Floor Care Services, Day Porter Services, Window Cleaning Services, Routine Janitorial Services, and specialized Carpet Cleaning. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services at our discretion.

All quotes provided by NTX FACILITY PROS are estimates based on initial site assessments. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes upon arrival or during the service process. Any material variations in project requirements will be discussed with the client for approval before proceeding.

Services are performed by appointment only. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover labor and operational costs.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of services. We accept payment methods as designated on our final invoices. Failure to provide timely payment may result in a suspension of future services and the accrual of late fees on outstanding balances.

We strive to provide high-quality flooring and cleaning services; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to surfaces or property. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the services provided. We do not provide guarantees for permanent removal of deep-set stains or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NTX FACILITY PROS and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of our services.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes arising from these services will be settled in the jurisdiction of Grand Prairie, TX.
